With the current state of the game, auto-fill is auto-lose 90% of the time, because players are usually auto-filled into solo lanes or ADC.

Without it high ELO games take an extremely long time to queue, which is partially why it was added in the first place.

Cite some sources, because this is bullshit and 100% wrong. I never have a queue over 2 minutes, and I often get into games where someone is auto-filled in <30 seconds. Even when I was Diamond I, queues were only 5-6 minutes on average, and nobody complained.

Riot used this to 'fix' an imaginary problem they saw in team builder, which nobody played, and it was specific to support. At higher ratings, it's rarely support that gets auto-filled.

  • High quality matches of equal skill levels

  • Being actually able to play the game and not have to wait an eternity to get in game

  • Being able to (usually) get the position you want

Pick 2

Pick 2

Being able to get into the game for the sake of getting into a game, even if it's a one sided clusterfuck, is what normals are for.

Pick 2

I'd happily pick 1 and 3. I have other shit I can do while queuing. If I have to wait an extra five or ten minutes to get into a game I'm actually going to enjoy and have a shot at, I'll gladly wait.

Unfortunately, I seem to be in the minority there.
