Replace Normal Blind with Normal Draft (but no Champion Bans) on non-NA servers please.

Normal Blind is objectively an inferior queue in every way for these reasons:

1. Mirror matches.
2. Getting hard-countered with no time to adjust Runes & Masteries.
3. Role selection. Every issue that we've ever had in Ranked Champion Select is still present in Normal Blind.
4. People rarely build team comps. I'm not talking 5-man wombo combo team comps. I'm talking those one or two champions that people pick just to give their team a little bit of synergy.

Right now, most regions are either subjected to Normal Blind or Ranked Solo/Flex and it really sucks. It creates a hostile atmosphere and it's really not good for newer players/players looking to improved before jumping into Ranked.
