His toplane is absolutely broken. Sticky, tanky, can double his hp any time, has skills with absurd base damage thats scales with his tankiness! Should I tell you that laning vs his is not even close to be fun and frustrating as hell!?

I think they just need to tone his dmg down to a level of leona and he would be fine retaining his utility
