I finally found probably my favorite Riven counter

AD top. Bring TP and take ad runes and masteries (thunderlords) start for mana regen and AP for abilities. If she ever tries to go in Q W her under tower and get your AAs in with his high base AD and you almost are guaranteed to out trade her. Get by rushing then then . Now that you can now kill her with 2 ins, now you build your T1 boots and then start working on to make yourself one of the best initiators in the game. You run in and pop 700+ damage on their team and get over 400 damage in AAs on the most important person then pop ult when you get focused and just keep sticking to the most important person. The rest of your build is situational, but I recommend going bruiser with trinity as your main damage item. Your ult denies her ins really hard and if she gets ahead you just head butt her away, but its really hard for her to get ahead unless you play way too aggressive early.

This is almost too brutal right now. I got 1 kill on Riven by shoving her into a minion wave and could just dominate her in lane. It took the combination of her and Kha with ignite to kill me once. But then I just started farming Riven if she ever got in range of the minions. W Q combo and AA her and chase her and she has to back or risk dying to your next combo. The best thing is you have a really good kit for getting away from ganks too. So even though I had a Lee trying to stop my snowball, it didn't matter I could in Riven kill her then just either kill Lee or walk away.

Sadly he's almost as cancerous as Riven to play against and is weak to champs who push.
