Since Runes Reforged is coming, and current runes will be going out the window, can all Tier 3 runes have their costs reduced to 1 IP, just for the heck of it? Again, I don't know if this issue has been brought up or an answer given; it's just an idea :P

I think Riot might not want to do this because they want to base the "small gift" they're giving to players on how many Runes and Rune Pages they have. I'm just speculating though.
