Why is there a delay before control wards block a stealth ward's vision?

Defeats the purpose of control wards disabling stealth wards if there's a 2 second delay.

Like if you were gonna steal baron you could just ward when it gets low and it should still be working long enough for you to flash smite in.

You can't hack in a millisecond. Control wards hack into other wards and traps in the area, so it makes sense that there is a delay.
