An alternative solution to autofill

When there are too many players in an elo queued as something, that option is greyed out. Players get to choose which role they want to play that isn't one of their main two, and are informed more clearly about what will happen earlier on. It also means that those that are queued for that role already have a higher chance of getting it. This should also improve queue times across all elos, not just the very top and the very bottom.
