Fix Thresh's souls randomly being sucked up even though he is not near them or using his lantern

I'm sick of zoning this guy away from his souls only for them to fly into him for no reason This is a bug, no where does it say that he actively will get half of the souls what fall on the ground no matter what FIX IT
