synergy with tank items is insane while they still give u great damage + utility + mobility

i build on every freaking ad champ i play, be it adc or assassin or fighter or tank and that combo synergies with whatever i build insanely.

He falls off against tanks.

He only falls off to this ridiculous meta of 1k crits every .5 seconds ADCs. His lane phase is nowhere near as good as pre-rework, and that was done on purpose so that he could have noxian might, a tool that allows him to potentially scale into the later game if he can play his cards decently well.

As it is right now, you can semi bully SELECT tank matchups in the early game (really hard now especially after noxian might nerf) and hope to snowball for mid game otherwise you just get fucking melted by the ardent ADC in teamfights before you can do anything.
