Fiddlesticks Seems to Be Just in a Rough Spot

Half of his kit is pretty useless these days, with everyone and their mother having a way to interrupt his W, and his R isn't even that scary of a teamfight ability anymore now that other new , more straight forward ultimates are now in the game, like Yasuo R, Ornn R, and Pyke R. Is this only me, or has Fiddlesticks just kind of been left to feel like a janky, abuse character? He could really use some help.
