If your ability that contains cc, especially ones with damage or casted as a skillshot will sometimes have the chance of not even going through.
The animations will happen, but the CC and the damage will not go through.
if i had the software i would start sampling instances where this has been happening but you know i am on a free to play game for a reason. My budget doesn't allow me a high end pc to do that.
I had an issue with leona yesterday where I pressed R to save tristana from hiemer and nothing happened. No indicator, no flash of bright light, no dead yordle, not even an animation. Trist died, my E came of cooldown, I went and killed hiemy went into a bush, physically clicked R and then it worked. After that there were no problems when I pressed R afterward. No idea what happened.
the short ansewer is yes they will ignore it joking prob hopefully will get fixed when tney patch again . i mean nothing happens overnight. But some of this stuff is terrible ive cut my league time way back latley because of it
