Here it is. Please Riot, reconsidere this retune and make it live.

Flurry • Attack Speed bonus increased to 40/60/80/100% (at levels 1/6/11/16) from 40% at all levels

Sonic Wave • Damage changed to 15/35/55/75/95 (+0.5/0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9 Total AD) from 50/80/110/140/170 (+0.9 Bonus AD)

Resonating Strike • Damage changed to 15/35/55/75/95 (+0.5/0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9 Total AD) from 50/80/110/140/170 (+0.9 Bonus AD) • Now deals up to 50% bonus damage (150% total damage) based on the target’s missing Health instead of 8% of the target’s missing Health

Safeguard • Cost increased to 100 from 50 • Cost is now reduced by 50% if cast on an allied champion (including self)

Tempest • Damage changed to 25/50/75/10/125 (+0.6 total AD) from 60/95/130/165/200 (+1.0 Bonus AD) • Now deals physical damage instead of magic

Dragon’s Rage • Damage changed to 50/150/250 (+0.75/0.875/1.0 Total AD) from 200/400/600 (+2.0 Bonus AD) • For each enemies target collide with would make target take 25/75/125 (+0.375/0.4375/0.5 Total AD) extra damage"

Please apply this retune. I'm so tired of seeing Lee Sins in every single fucking game because he's the perfect jungler everybody wants.

This is just glorious. Nothing about his gameplay is affected, aside from the increased energy cost on his W, but his ability to make dem flashy playz remains intact. The only thing changing here are his base damages and, honestly, if he's such a high skillcap champion who can turn the tides by making plays then he shouldn't need damage values so incredibly high. Weakening his overwhelming damage potential will make the gap between truly skilled Lee Sin players and facerollers all the more apparent.

The reason the retune was nullified was because of the amount of lee sin players who almsot in unison circle jerked about him being nerfed and that he is "in a fine state"

The lashback was so great that riot stopped the changes

ok i am unbiassed here. I main mid lane kassidin twisted fate jayce. Lee sins greatest strengh is his early game . Late game he does very little dammge unless built full dammage, where he is squishy. With the above changes even full dammage lee would barely do any dammage, let alone bruiser lee. Also it would remove his early game power, meaning that there would be no counter play to those ammunus and fidlesticks and kha zix that scale like mad into late game. This would make lee more unbalanced-as in making him underpowered as old eve

He'd retain all of his utility but would have to actually build damage to do damage. Lee mains can't have that, how'd they play him if he wasn't also a dueling god early-mid with 1 damage item?

Where did this come from if you don't mid me asking was it recent or from a while back?

Thanks and I think it looks pretty cool.

I'm not necessarily a fan of this, considering Lee is known for having control of the map early game, and having a hard damage drop late game. This doesn't provide that identity
