Q does current health damage W does maximum health damage E does missing health damage and voila! her poisons are strong and u get to spam twin fangs to assassinate targets And rework her passive because no one likes that shit

Back when Cassiopeia's rework first went live and she was ridiculously strong because her numbers were overtuned, people still hated what her kit had become. Adding damage to her kit when her kit doesn't work isn't the way to fix it.

Also her dmg is not the problem here.

The problem is the fact that Cass is too slow for this meta.

To be honest I don't mind the kit its really no different that before. Shes one of the best farm mages in the game thanks to her E. The problem she has at the moment is that they had to make her base numbers shit because of her insane late game due to her new passive. Just an idea but give her back her old passive for extended fights and add the twin fang heal and/or move it to her E (mostly because I dislike building vamp on her). That way you can actually buff her numbers safely.
