Can Riot not make Eternum Cassiopeia a pay to lose skin?

Why are people that want to use this skin forced to deal with a Q hitbox that looks smaller and is inconsistent with her base skin Q? The twin fangs look beautiful but are stlll very clunky to use compared to her base skin to, and the loud sound played when she casts Petrifying Gaze always gives it away.

This was a very well done skin that people waited a very long time for, can someone at Riot please address the gameplay issues with it though.
