I think its too cheap considering it litterally makes champs useless. i even started rushing it on Kha lately oh well lets say if i get to 1v1 the enemy tank it dies as fast a mage with zhonyas lmao. i'd say nerf it but nah lets make it more expencive specially the 
version

RcGjWO640w1 votesSpeaking from purely a mathematical sense, gives AD's a ~30% damage buff against tanks + its bonus AD. That's not necessarily a bad thing, because otherwise there would be no real method of dealing with these tanks other than AD's rushing 
, which isn't nearly as good of an item on a lot of champs than it appears.
Tanks still do a good chunk of damage and can often solo kill all of the champions who would find this item useful, so it's a tradeoff. It provides zero defensive stats, so it's a pure damage item which can mean that there's even less room for items that might actually help the AD stay alive.
