Slight Jungle item rearrangement for more diversity, especially early game.

The Juggernaut to Cinderhulk change is a great step to help Tanks in the Jungle, but one problem still remains: it's an advanced item, like all of the enchants. Gromp working on bonus health is also something that only kicks in mid game.

However a lot of champs that struggle in the jungle, struggle especially with first clears, when they only have Hunter's Machete or the smite upgrade.

And I think there is the biggest Problem, Hunter's Machete is a must buy, no choice no diversity. And because it has to fit everyone somewhat it actually doesn't fit anyone properly and is hard to balance.

I would take a hint from Support Items here, make different starting items with upgrades, like these:

item 3715 Hunter's Machete : deal additional damage to mosters on hit and gain health based on damage dealt. item 2053 Hunter's Coat : reduce additional damage from monsters and deal damage based on reduction. item 1043 Hunter's Bow : deal additional damage on hit and gain stacking Attack Speed while in combat. item 1026 Hunter's Staff: deal additional damage to monsters on spellcast and gain mana base on damage dealt.

Don't sweat on the details, these are just examples. The main point here is that they are different. They would then build into the advanced item, which are basically the new starting items matched with the old enchants:

Warrior's Machete - Cinderhulk's Coat - Devourer's Bow - Magus Staff

The smite update could be done as enchantment instead (makes more sense to me anyway):

Hunter's Machete with : item 3714 Skirmischer item 3718 Trailblazer item 3716 Stalker item 3717 Poacher

This also makes it easier to see what item and what stats one has and gives the possible to change the enchantment later (when you actually have an idea if you actually need to change it)

tl;dr: Jungle diversity is finally going in the right direction, but not for early game, which has the most issues. Provide some alternatives to Hunter's Machete and make the smite upgrade the enchantment.

You know, comments would be nice, especially if you disagree.

Honestly, the Jungler passive was designed for transparency. It's not designed to favor anyone. This allows us to better balance the actual champions.

Tanks benefit from the Jungler passive a little more because they are under fire for a longer period of time. Of coarse that means they take more damage from monsters. If this proves to be too much. We no the solution then. increase tanks damage mitigation, and the best way to do that is add a bit more Armor.
