they have a team that balances the game, a team that design champs, a team that updates champs,a team that makes skins and so on

i'd say put them on a break on their current projects and make'em balance the game

"so hard balance" means nothing in english. No, you didn't correct the correct sentence (that I saw). So unless you're trolling, You make no sense.
