Is it just me, or is Sej's new passive kind of OP?

It's like Malzhurr's new passive, only it's on a super-short cooldown and minions and monsters can't break it.

its completely broken, not just her passive, but her entire kit just about. her ult feels weaker compared to previous sej ult, but everything else about her kit including her passive is completely oppressive. I just used her top 2x in a row and completely wrecked both times barely trying.

1 : It's only equal to around 50% damage reduction without pen, and only for 1/2/3 seconds. 2 : She's only immune to slows while it's up, making her vulnerable to all other forms of CC. 3 : Large monsters pop the passive, so unless you're smart about how you clear camps it won't help you very much.
