Rakan's Q feels underwhelming

Shouldn't at least have a small slow?

honestly i would rather champs be underpowered than overpowered when they come out.

Champs have a "power budget" that they have to be within. In exchange for having 3 dashes, a knock up, and a fairly substantial ms boost(instant ghost into a brief kennen e), a potentially multi-target Ahri charm, and having both shields and a heal, the other effects of his q and passive kinda have to be lackluster. Not to mention, his q heals based upon your level and not ranks into the skill. It seems that Rakan's q is not supposed to be his maxed skill, which is fitting as it is the least flashy part of his kit.

I feel likes it due to the fact that her feathers can be used to zone a big portion of creeps and if you add the slow then it only makes the zoning worse causing other adc to get upset (most likely)

wrong champion buddy.

Ehhhhhh My bad, well now that i know that, it's probably because they don't want him straying from support because of the two being together constantly. Just my guess now that I actually have the right idea...

I thought of that as well but i feel he would then be too overloaded. The guy has an AoE knock up, mobility, shields AND a heal and a 5 man potential charm, as well as a self shield.

If he had a slow on Q as well i feel that would be the point he would tip over the edge.

You realize Rakan is already broken? Stop complaining.
