Changes to krug and raptors will only harm jungle diversity

with the way raptors and krugs works on the PBE, jungle diversity will greatly damage jungle diversity. Single target junglers like Xin Zhao, Jax, Warwrick, Nunu will have a very hard time clearing these camps. While champions with both single target and aoe abilities who already dominates the jungle(cough Nidalee cough Graves cough) will clear their jungle and counter jungle even more effectively. The jungle meta is already fucked up when the top tier junglers can clear camps that much faster than the mid and lower tier junglers, increasing the diffrrence of clear speed will just fuck up the meta even more.
