You are playing janna, you and your entire team is at 2% hp and the enemy 700 ap karthus is ulting. Non of your allies have invulnerability/healing/shields/ ways to avoid damage. Who do you shield?

I wonder if the ADC or yourself would be the best choice. Since you're about to get almost aced then the enemy team will probably push which makes me think you want someone with range and/or nuisance CC to slow them down while allies respawn.

Or if someone's super fed and can 1v5 anyway, probably give it to them. http://i67.tinypic.com/2lsi1r7.png

The mid laner.

Most of the time these are the guys with the best wave clear. With most of the team dead, the name of the game now is try not to lose as much advantage as possible. Unless the enemy team also happens to have Baron, that mid laner that survived may be able to stall enemy minion waves from relative safety and has the best chance at delaying the enemy team long enough for the rest of your team to revive and get back into the fight.

I would say ADC or mid because they are the ones with waveclear.

At 2% hp on a non-AP Janna, his ult will probably kill you anyway.
