Riot stop, get some help

Riot, please stop making new champions and fix the game. There are bugs from season 2 still in the game. Start fixing issues instead of creating new ones. This game is a hot mess. Chaotic. You can't even manage the things that you have and you are creating new things. Just stop and change your focus. The things that are already in the game should get polished first.
