Is Frozen Heart ever going to get looked at?

The raw armor value is gives is the only thing that keeps this item somewhat efficient. But Gold efficiency is not the most important thing, utilization of the same is. Right now if you are looking just for that - butt ton of armor - you buy Thornmail . If 20% CDR+armor you get Iceborn Gauntlet , and with that you get bonus dmg+utility. If att. speed slow + defense you get Randuin's Omen . The aura of Frozen Heart is really useless atm, especially since #adc in2k17 lul is the present state of things. Not just to complain, I'd gonna be cooperative and suggest a change. Since all turrets are now being with basic shots, maybe it would be a good idea for Frozen Heart to affect turrets' attack speed too. As a visual indication of this being present, the ground under affected turrets could become icy, even maybe slowing the nearby enemies.

Thoughts?

It counters the most QQ about champions, Yasuo MasterYi Vayne

It's great on Sion, who really uses up CDR and mana (I know about item 3025 BUT Sion has plenty of CC, and when I want another slow on him I buy item 3022 and I get at least 1 kill more often than not with that, plus a item 3071 )

item 3143 is for yourself. You can get the same passive with item 3110 for all of your teammates and screw over Yasuo

As to your suggestion, I'm HEAVILY against "nerfing" towers even more. I used to play DOta and even then, without knowledge of League I thought towers did little damage, then I started playing LoL and thought that particular point, tower damage, was on point. I've recently played some Dota matches again and I must say, it's shit (towers). Towers should be feared and respected :p

But hey, I'm all about making shit broken, add a movement speed slow aswell - Its chilling touch decreases the heart rate of the agressor causing him to move slower (5 or 10% slow)

first off it doesn't counter yi because yi stops slows with ult. yasuo randuins much better. and randuins is better against vayne as well.

Actually if towers stay the same way they are now. it might be a good idea to include this to item 3110 since item 3143 had that effect removed in the latest change.

? Frozen Heart is a great Item!

It's the go to item for each mana based Champion who wants to itemize against AD-Heavy Teams.

Swain, Galio, Amumu, Cho as the most obvious candiates, but also Annie, Veigar, Voli, Sion, Rammus, Malph can build it if the enemy thinks picking Full-AD comps is a good idea! ^^

And no both Thornmail and Gauntlet have cons as well. Thormail Rush is quite bad due to the nature of its Passive. Gautlet is wasted on Champions that dont rely on AA's.

frozen heart is incredibly useful against attack speed oriented champs and stacks with randuins, it makes champs like Caitlyn Vayne somewhat bearable instead of completely unbearable ~~trash that should get gutted~~

You can't change an item just because a class is in a bad spot. Make ADCs viable again (especially the ones that scale late game with attack speed which is what frozen heart is meant to counter) and the item will be just fine.

You fix a problem by addressing it not changing everything else to suit it. If your roof is leaking fix the damn roof don't build a swimming pool where your living room is.
