and need a little change.... Passive: Moving and attacking energize your next ability Passive: Echo; Your next energized ability deals an additional xxx+0.xAP bonus magical damage and activates other energized effects.

This would mostly give a lot more fluidity to thunderstruck builds but also give the item a new niche as "AP energized item" - it would be a small change, but for niche builds it would be VERY handy to be able to proc warlords blood lust when you use a spell. The movement speed would help tremendously in a lot of situations. (For those of you who dont know, thunderstruck builds are charge-based poke builds designed for use with extremely fast ranged auto attacks. They often utilize all three energize passives, crit, and attack speed to build charges faster and poke more often. GP and ezreal are fantastic examples of potent thunderstruck champions.)
