Gotta love those double standards

So Karthus gets his wall slow halved because it is "too punishing against immobile opponents", but when someone flashy like LB drops out of favour for a patch or two, then suddenly those same immobile opponents become a dominating force as a reasoning for the buff. The day when Riot starts balancing for players instead of viewers will be the best day in the history of this game... if it ever comes, that is.
