Not 100% accurate. Her Q will now draw minion aggro, which means no more non-stop free point-and-click harass. Is that going to make a meaningful impact? Given Akali's sustain... maybe.

No. It'd mean they learned and mastered the champion (Mains in challengers have done so), and that the champion was favored by the meta (which Akali is right now - almost all burst champions are favored).

Besides, two of those people (if those are NA statistics) are actually one person. His main and his alt.

Soraka is an entirely different champion who is NOT an assassin.

As for the rest of your reply, I disagree since everyone else has complained about bursty champions and they've already been nerfed over the course of three years. Thereby it's strange that one champion is left untouched who arguably has one of the better bursty kits rn.

No, TF Blade only has 3 accs in Chall. The other 7 are different people.

Akali is a really good champion to one trick to climb because, if you are really good with her, she can snowball games and win them by herself. TF Blade is also just really good at this game in general so it's not surprising that he has multiple accounts in challenger. Also, they changed it so that targeted abilities draw minion aggro this patch which is a nerf to Akali.

There are far greater problems than Akali I can assure you, go complain about them first because at least Mid Akali is D E A D thanks to the Minion Aggro Change. For example go cry about Maokai being able to basically go 1 v 5, kill the most squishy target and get out with half health or ADCs doing BpS.
