So I went to play a ranked on my EUW account, with Gold 1 rank out of approx. 80 games.

When I entered the lobby, I saw that our mid laner wants to pick ... But with ... I thought, well, he will change it later in the champ. select... or maybe he knows what he's doing...

The game started and it didn't take too long for our team to realize that the is not a human... it is a bot.

What really pissed me off was that it was his first ranked game, as can be seen in here:

I’m telling you matchmaking is so fucking rigged. I swear every time I hit promos, I’d be matched with like 1-2 players who are unranked/bronze when I’m in Promos for Silver 1-2 or even Gold!... However all games before, I’d be paired with players around my ranked like normal?!

That or I’ve noticed when you are on a win streak you suddenly get paired with other players on lose streaks... which makes no sense cause’ that can technically be called Involuntary Account Boosting. I’m winning so because of that, I’m punished for doing good? No, Riot just wants to keep ranked the way it is cause’ Pro Play puts out money where as lower elos don’t. Honestly, I wanna fight these so called Challenger/Master players just to see how my stats in game compare to there’s. I don’t have a big head but I know damn well, after playing for 7 or so years, just NOW hitting GOLD this season, that somethings up. You can’t just practice every day and not get better at what you are practicing, that’s not how the human brain works. We all make mistakes in game, I can say that, but ranked does not honestly reflect skill in my opinion.

I've been saying countless of times how bad the matchmaking is and I'm glad you put this up because it is a great example of how bad match making has become.

It feels like, rather than put good players against good players and bad players against bad ones, it's like they throw a good player with a bunch of bad ones, and bad players with a bunch of good ones.

In my do or die promo to Gold 3, I had a level 31 and a level 34 duo on my team. I was actually shocked at how obvious it was that they didn't have the experience to play. I was a support for the level 31 adc. She took ghost as kai sa. Her duo, a top lane zil, had 9 cs against a tryn at around 9 minutes in. Obviously, we lost.

I felt so bad for this person because they didn't even have basic positioning skills and we got flamed hard. Decided to play duo ranked with a friend. This was just horseshit.

I'm also pretty upset about rank disparity in norms. I get it, norms isn't serious and all and I just want to have fun, but I don't want to have to queue for ranked just to get with a pool of people that are about my skill level.

EX: I am by no means a "good" player. I am not a hardcore ranked player, but I play on occasion. I did a bit of ranked in order to get back into silver after I had a loss streak way early in the season. I would be placed regularly with bronze and silver players. Occasionally a gold would appear, but it was unlikely. I try not to do back to back ranked matches, so I go to norms to chill out and ease off the pressure.

In my next few matches I am constantly seeing people that are active in ranked and are at levels such as Plat or Dia. Some people consider players in these ranks as "good" and others may not, either way, there will be a very clear difference in skill. I want to improve by playing against people that are above my skill level, but not against people whose are so far away from me in skill gap that I don't improve but rather just get stomped.

riot wont fix it unless they have a massive drop in playerbase or money get low. business is business. 10 years and still cant fix anything. but HEY they can fix and make skins tho [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
