So, one of the most interesting changes in the current PBE, is Blitzcranks W.

With a larger Attack Speed and Movement Speed boost, that decays over time, do you see this a nerf to his early game, a buff to his late, or is it to early to tell from anything?
Hupsis3 votesI think the attack speed didn't get changed. The duration of the buff got reduced by 3 seconds so it's a nerf to the attack speed portion.
The change is: Buff to his repositioning to land a pull or dodge a critical skillshot. Nerf to chasing/escaping.
I think it's an interesting change. Maybe someone will actually be able to escape him now...

As a blitz player they could remove his W from the game and it wouldnt bother me too much as long as I could still press it to stack

AkabaneKun1 votesMore ap blitz rape incoming i guess, you don't need to chase ppl with 2 100% ap ratio skills, the ms boost will make it pretty much impossible for a lot of champions to dodge is Q.
