I think flex ranked is going to fail

Rito HQ near the end of S6: "So people have finally stopped complaining about Dynamic Que and accepted their fate. It's time we admit that DQ was a mistake and let's create something new and even more terrible!"

Welcome to Flex Ranked, the biggest troll of the season, Riot implemented and right off the bat got people pissed of because Diamond players are now playing versus and with Bronze players, won all your promos mister Diamond? How about we put you into Silver 2 for a week and then tell you "IT'S JUST A PRANK BRO". You need to do one more placement and you'll end up Gold 5.

Okay so Riot can make mistakes, that's what it's pre season for right? However I think Flex Rank will be a huge pile of steaming sh*t.

Flex ranked will consist of either 5 man groups or 3-2 groups. Several issues come to mind with the 3-2 groups, first off my mind has already gone "Hmm I want to try another champion I rarely play, but I don't like playing normals and I don't want to lose my Solo Que rank. Oh wait! There is Flex Ranked now. Let's Duo Flex and just try some new stuff, as long as I stay in gold I can do whatever weird and abominal thing pops up in my mind. I don't want to lose but I don't really care if I do either, it's just a little less boring than playing normals." I mean, why would a duo play Flex if they can play Solo Que which should be much easier for them. The obvious answer is to fck around or to desperately get to gold, but hey then it's much easier to que with 3 right. So Flex ranked will become troll ranked for some of us.

Second problem: Toxicity. When we had DQ there was toxicity like there always has been, but who was duo or solo was always a guess until you asked for it or looked it up or if they had clan tags. Now when you go into a Flex que with a 3 man group you automaticaly know that there will be a 2 man group. Meaning the likelyhood of 3 man groups flaming a duo increases significantly. You know that you have the 3 man group so it's easy and obvious to blame the 2.

Third: misrepresentation of elo. So you have a ladder which consists of 2, 3 and 5 man groups. Like Dynamic Que I think people will be all over the place, but especially the difference between solid 5 man groups and random 2 or 3 man groups will be huge. You got 5 man groups with skype and extreme synergy fighting alongside people who play with just 1 or 2 more friends in the same elo/ladder which I think is a misrepresentation of elo. I think 5 man groups should have their seperate ladder ranking, simply for the fact that a 5 man game is completely different from any other game. Different champions are played, objective control is completely different, people are more coördinated and yet they play the same ladder as some goofing off duo that wants to try a new champion but is good enough to be in Diamond whenever they do play seriously.

To me this flex rank is basicly get to gold for the reward and do whatever the fck you like afterwards. This que is just a big mistake for duo's to play and I don't see a good reason for them to do so apart from the gold rank reward or maybe you know they're in bronze in SoloQue so they decide to give Flex a chance. No matter which way I look at it, I can only see downsides, especially for the 3 man groups that do want to play a serious game.

I expect Flex ranked to become a either a desert or a clown fiësta, apart from the 5 man groups, which don't belong there in the first place.
