Why does one of the keystone masteries not have indicators? Thunderlord's Decree has none. No "You've got Thunderlord stacks on you" indicator, no cooldown indicator. What?
Meanwhile every other Keystone mastery that woould need indication that it's working has it

Ok, but I've never seen Riot, a company that preaches clarity in their gameplay, half ass clarity on a gameplay element like this before
TheCeeJay1 votesHow else would they show it though? Like Vayne's Silver bolts or Ekko's Passive? Making yet another 3 stack indicator like that would just be more confusing than anything, especially when it's something that can be used on every champion. A debuff icon on the person being attacked wouldn't be all that helpful either since Thunderlord's can be applied by anything that does damage. It can be procced by some champions so fast that the indicator wouldn't be there for longer than a fraction of a second anyways.

All the time actually. But they usually improve it later.
VaporeonKun1 votesIt could be just me but sometimes this sound clip of lighting plays whenever it seems to be up. I.. Haven't extensively made sure of that because I didn't know if there was another way to know when it would be off CD.

Where's the Feast indicator? Where's the mana regen indicator for Meditation? Stack indicator for Bounty Hunter and champions remaining? Range indicator for Assassin?
Hupsis1 votesThere is a cooldown indicator on top of the action bar. It appears right after you have used the thunderlord proc and is removed when you have the proc available.
Dunno whether there is a server difference since I am on EUNE. But there is (or should be) a similar cooldown indicator to Stormraider's Surge.
Bounty Hunter mastery however needs an indicator badly.
