the mountain drake feels underpowered compare to others

previously i thought ocean drake was the weakest, but I realized I was an idiot because the hp regen buff actually does not need to be out of combat which is actually op. I had a game as maokai where we had 2 ocean drakes and after nearly getting taken down I found myself having half my hp at the end of the fight thanks to the regen.

enough talk about ocean drake, Mountain drake honestly feels very underpowered. All other drags provide actual stats that actually affect the result of a fight, which means it helps pvp, but the mountain drag is only helping pve. honestly baron takes 10 seconds for a 5 man squad to take down, towers are still paper thin, theountain drake honestly seems very underpowered compare to others. (btw towers have initial armor/mr now, with enough penatration it is already possible to do true dmg to towers.)

I guess my issue with the mountain drake is I don't quite understand what you get from it that you don't get from the Red Dragon. Red Dragon will buff AD and AP, which will ALSO yield more damage against towers.

It buffs bought damage, where mountain drake also gives tanks and supports more damage versus objectives.

Oh, that makes sense. Thanks.

It's pretty damn powerful, honestly.

It's hard to appreciate doing more damage to objectives, but the ability to rush Baron or the Elder Dragon down faster, while taking less damage and risking less chance of being interrupted or engaged on is actually pretty valuable.

what about...I take infernal drag, and gain combats stats, which also makes me rush objectives faster AND make me kill people easily?

honestly I don't see how hard it is to rush objectives, as long as the team is doing it together they are so easy to take down.

Does the buff empower minion damage to towers?

no the buff just make a % of ur dmg to towers and epic monsters become true dmg.

The air drake gives you literally nothing in a fight or siege, since its effects only apply out of combat. Hit something or take a hit and the buff is gone.

Mountain drake is weaker than fire and water, sure, but air is easily the weakest.

Grants bonus 15/30/45 (based on stacks; +50% if they have Mark of the Elder Dragon) additional movement speed while out of combat.

mobility is arguably the best stat u can ever ask for
