Graves with Stormrazor LUL.
Like, that guy's autos are already strong, imagine if he gets a crit on his first attack. On top of that, he will get MS to stick to his target. It feels like Graves (and most junglers who will build this) will now have a free Stormraider's Surge. The balancing seems so weird.
Sire Hippington6 votesNot saying stormrazor isn't potentially strong, but you guys overestimate the ms boost quite alot. it's 8% for 1.5 sec if you have no other crit items, that's a really far way from stormraiders and not even on pair with PD...
On actuall critbuilt combined with PD. it will be quite absurd though, 20%ms as long as you are in combat, cause adc weren't hard enough to catch already.
