Skarner, Darius, Garen and Mord rework
Very well done! Amazing! I wonder how this will all work out, and if these champs will become meta.

Don't know if these are ALL the changes (I'm sure theres probably number changes in there that we don't know of yet)
Darius: New part of his passive, killing an enemy with Darius' ult or getting 5 stacks of hemorrhage now makes him enter a blood rage, during the time its active, anyone he hits instantly gains 5 stacks of hemorrhage, and darius deals increased damage.
Garen: The enemy champion who last killed an ally becomes the "Villain", if Garen attacks the villain, they take 1% max health true damage per auto (or per tick of judgement); Demacian Justice against the villain, converts all its damage into true damage.
Mordekaiser: Mordekaiser now gains full exp from minions he last hits, even in a duo lane (they want him to replace an adc in duo lanes, we could possibly see more ADC mids), if he kills Dragon, he gains a ghost of the dragon that will follow him around and help him fight enemies.
Skarner: Whenever Skarner is in a game, six crystal spires appear on the Rift. They’re located by red buff, blue buff, Baron, and Dragon. These crystal spires are capturable, just like the altars on Twisted Treeline. If skarner or his teammates capture them, Skarner can gain a movement speed boost (and attack speed boost) by running over them. Enemy team can capture them to lock skarner out of the buff for a while.

Just recently, they are changing them up to make them unique, compared to each other. Riot Clasified them as Juggernauts. Champs who get Tanky while dealing damage, lacking CC, but for the most part being a tanky threat.
Now has an additional passive called Bloodrage. which triggers after he fully stacks his hemorrhage, or executes with his ult. Which will allow him to apply all 5 stack of hemorrhage to new targets at once. This was done with the intent that he will be the teams Mop up champ.
Has this new Mini game Called Hunt the Villain, which is the enemy champion with the most recent kills. Where he gains bonus True damage to the Villain. His ult also now does True damage to the villain.
Has a crystal capturing minigame, that is fun for the entire team. Give him more map pressure.
This is the weird one. They are pushing him into the Duo lane by giving him a special XP Amp. (but not as the support though.) As a result, it could have a drastic impact, as you wouldn't be playing with a bot lane ADC. Also, you can get the dragon as a pet.
My question: How long does Morde get the dragon ghost? Is it permanent? A few minutes?
Also: Soraka + Morde bot lane will be insanely broken (and i love it)
