Riot has to do something against smurf

One of the main reasons this season gets out of control is because of smurfs :

they are hardstuck in their elo and come destress while smurfing.
they like to play troll picks even if they lose.
I got one in my team saying i lost my promos in diamond now go lose silver shits. he litteraly inted with a troll pick.

I think riot should link accounts to their ip adress or to a phone number.

this is really getting out of control specially during this season.

Multiple people can have the same ip. Its easy to change an ip. Believe it or not, not everyone has mobile phone. On the other hand its also really easy to just get a new number.

you have a higher chance of winning with a smurf on your team.

I've never understood the argument that playing against smurfs is unfair. ranked is literally a measure of skill, so its predetermined that the enemy is better then you. have you tried getting better?

people who straight up troll on alternate accounts would do it regardless of rank. you dont hit diamond and suddenly feel the need to gatekeep silvers. they do that well enough themselves.

In our world there is everything. there are people which are dishonnest and would prefer watch the world burn. I assure you i saw some lvl 30 accounts smurfing inting because they lost promos or because they want to make us lose. There are some people which think it is fun to harass others even if it isnt your case.

less then 0.0001 of my game were just straight up honest trolls.

your making conjectures based of evidence that doesnt exist.

go play 50 ranked matches, record how many " troll smurfers" you find. i can promise you if you even find 1 you found more then i have for the last 4 weeks

Dude mostly they say they are smurfing but they are actually boosting for money . it is hard to catch them like anyone can grab an account and say im smurfing and he is actually boosting . Riot can't do a lot to them . It is unstoppable . But Don't get mad like you are playing against experienced high elo players just have fun and keep going .

I'll fix it for you, "Riot did everything you could think of to encourage smurfing".

I smurf bcs, I want to learn new things(normals neither flex just arent ranked) and bcs mmr gains in dia suck! D, but at the same time there are hardstuck d5 players in master/grandmaster, that's why there is so many smurfs this season...

P.S. - Just climb lol

Edit: Like really, if I create new acc, max rank after placements I'll get is silver, with good mmr, but still...
