LCS is a version of League that isn't supposed to be how league is played
Pro players if you put them in a 5v5 they pretty much all of a constant skill level. Everyone knows what they're doing. So what they opt to do is pick safest picks to win the game. Pro play plays games around others mistakes rather than making the play. It will always be reactionary play.
Now if you look at bronze play. It essentially meets practically all of Riot's goals:
-fast paced gameplay -quick games -flashy bursty champions -variety of picks
This is because bronze players want to WIN. They have a win mindset. They want to make the play they want to have the better ego etc etc. A bronze will make a play all the time. A bronze will take more risks. Maybe the play will fail and thats why they're in bronze, but that is how they improve at the game.
