Riot if you want to buff Taliyah, then giving her lower cooldown is the wrong way IMO

Coming from a otp, IMO her E cooldown is fine. What she needs is survivability.

She is a battle mage, but she starts with 20 armor and ends with 71 armor at 18. Meanwhile a Syndra, who is a burst mage has 24.7 armor at level 1 and ends with 82.5 armor at 18.

This is just a little comparison, but why would a battle mage have much less armor and survivability than a burst mage?

Either label her as burst mage too, then it's fine to change her general strength, or give her some survivability, if you want to keep her as battle mage.

First of all why is she getting a buff? Her damage is still as high as Ahri's entire burst.

Silly OP. Don't you know yet? If a champion has a single, obvious problem. Riot will go ahead and change anything that ISN'T the direct problem. let's say Veigar does too much damage with his W, they'll nerf his ult cooldown. If Syndra's stun lasts too long, they'll lower the AP ratio on her Q (not real examples, just stuff I'd expect to see from them)

Yeah they are aiming for more hp or armor, which is definitely what she needs. Glad they are taking it into consideration.

The answer is that neither of those champions have armor at all, that's not a stat mages get.

Syndra barely escapes the bottom 20% of base armor, being 109/139th place at lvl 1 and 18. Taliyah either has the 5th or the 8th lowest base armor in the game, if you're counting from lvl 18 or lvl 1.

I don't think Taliyah's getting a buff here.
