I went to surrender at 20 expecting some insane buff, but nope. Its to his shield. Its 20 extra points at rank 1. 15 at 2. 10 at 3. 5 at 4. And the buff isnt there at 5. This is like absolutely nothing, noone ever complains about "omg Lee Sins shields to strong" they get mad because of his mobility and damage. Why are people losing it over small decaying buff?

sit in the dumpster for ages, and none other than the most seen proplay characters gets buffed instead. It doesn't matter what the buff is; it's the same reason ekko and zed's buff notes are memes. There's literally no reason to do it -- "The character is good but can be better."

Frightning2 votesbase AS (base, not % gained per level) nerfs are extremely impactful on champions that actually build nontrivial amounts of AS because it shits on how much AS they get from those items (bonus AS from items is a % of the base value, so lower that and you lower how much AS they get from the item). The AS nerfs were honestly overkill on Caitlyn. Would be happy to see her base AS back to 0.625 in exchange for some reductions to base AD and/or Headshot damage (maybe remove the extra HS damage on trapped targets).

He's also performing as expected in Dia+, which has the most effecient lee sin players and know him way better than plats and below. A little extra shield isn't going to do much up there.

its probably not going to push him into the meta, but it might make him a viable niche pick at worlds if it makes his clears healthy enough to where he can have stronger ganks/invades.
