If not higher since it's a 120 AP item and not all Lich bane users could use DFG.

While retaining their lich bane compensation buffs.

Don't mind if I abuse Ziggs for freelo, but from a balance stand point, I have to warn you of the oncoming disaster.

Items that only offer more damage options will never be healthy for the game and you should switch your focus towards strong utility, although I know that you don't plan to.

Yup.

When I read how the item worked, it became apparent that it is designed to reward champions with high mobility and/or low CDs.

Once again, older champions (i.e., immobile and/or normal CDs) are left out in the cold.

The new item should grant MS and CDR, and drop the AP Shiv behavior.

I think this will also be a nice luxury buy for supports as well. Can you imagine Nami with this?

Since it's a large rod based item and has a scaling on it, I don't think that supports will be able to utilize at a time where it really counts, unlike lanes with an income who will be able to combo it with lich bane by the mid-game.

Ziggs and AP Ezreal will be freelo. And TF players just got a boner.
