Not really a fan of the new rageblade

It's so expensive that the only people who will buy it will be ones that can abuse the double hit passive just like the only people that buy current devourer are the abuse cases.

The only champions I can really see this being built on are and maybe and the only reason those champions would buy it is because it is an extreme abuse case on them and even then it's still a maybe because of how much gold you need for it. I'd rather not have an item that's garbage outside of a few abuse cases.

I really think it'll only get worse. Despite how expensive it is, it'll still be extremely gold efficient and still be an insanely synergistic pick-up on everyone that already used the Phantom Hit.

The thing I like about the new Rageblade is that their AoE will be removed with the new changes, and the substitution to Devourer is kind of weak, so instead of having Sated and the old Rageblade AoE, which actually dealt a lot if you had enough attack speed, now they either to have to get the new jg item, warrior, or just skip entirely, affecting either their damage or their attack speed, so it kind of balances it out and might result in a weaker version of the Sated+Guinsoo's Combo, and also, NO MORE AOE ON KOG.

One of the problems I have is that melees don't get the double stack anymore so that mean it's going to be much more powerful on ranged champions because they aren't at the disadvantage of taking longer to stack anymore
