Literally the top two ADCs for a year plus now. Maybe nerf them for once? Oh right, you just released two high price skins for them so nope, we'll be seeing them in every game for the forseeable future.
Ahri Baka1 votesLucian is no longer a top tier adc Check his win rate
Sona Ping2 votesCheck his pick rate.
Ezreal was number 1 with 46% win rate and Lucian was Number 2. That got Ezreal nerfed so now Lucian is number 1 with a higher win rate than Ez last patch with Vayne now up to number 2. Their pick rate is what OP has an issue with anyways.

Yeah but his pick is falling the more and more Lucian used to have 40+ % pick rate at some point Now he has less thab 24% His popularity is getting less and less already without any nerfs

Vayne has only been a meta pick since 9.1 when her Q got buffed. Before that, her pick/ban rate was pretty low, with a below average winrate. Maybe you weren't paying attention to botlane meta last season? Because it was lucian, MF, draven, and sort of ezreal for a while.
If you actually look at adc playrates, you'd also see that there actually is a pretty decent variety played right now. There are 8 adcs in the top 25 highest playrate champions.
boricCentaur11 votesLove that you don't put Kai'Sa too when she has a better pick rate in diamond plus then both vayne and lucian.
