Why buff Xin Zhao?
I'm genuinely curious. Xin was a fairly middle of the road pick, leaning toward strong since he benefits from Guinsoos/Devourers. Meanwhile champs like 
and 
are untouched. What led to buffing xin?

Got nerfed because they're actually very strong and cancerous in higher elo. In lower elos kindreds are pretty bad, but put a kindred in actual good hands and it can get out of control. (I blame people that use her in other positions not jungle, I've seen no jg kindreds in bronze, only ADC, and not one of them were win conditions.)
But yeah idk what riot was smoking when they buffed xin... I was hoping he would get nerfed but instead they buffs him.
