Give Karthus an execution indicator?

This was sort of in my mind as I was watching a video regarding how Cho'Gath has an indicator when an enemy can die due to his R. As I was watching, I thought about karthus's R and how I think an enemy is killable, yet when I R, I don't get the kill.

I think there should be an indicator on enemies to let karthus players(including me) know when I can get a kill off my ult. Also like Cho'Gath's only Karthus players would see it. It would help a lot imo.

I don't agree. If that's the case, any champion with a targeted ult that could abuse it (Caitlyn/ Darius/ Garen/ Veigar/ etc.) would see a drop in skill level. Learning and understanding just how much those skills can do during different phases of the game is part of the learning curve associated with that champion, and as a result I think you'd see a lot of players stop learning how to really play the champion and start mashing buttons until the indicator comes up instead.

Something like that would make your ult basically un-whiffable as well, which puts you at a clear advantage over pretty much every other champion in the game. It lowers the threshold for player mistakes, which generally lowers the skill cap of League and many outplay aspects of the game.
