Riot is trolling by not disabling some champions in ranked

If they intentionally gut a champion to the point of unviability, I'm basically forced to waste a dodge so a game's not ruined. It's 100% clear from some patches that Riot destroys some champions they don't know how to balance and I SHOULD NOT BE PUNISHED FOR THEIR INABILITY TO COMPETENTLY BALANCE THE GAME! It's a hard job, no doubt but please disable champions which are totally unviable. I just had to dodge a Ryze mid. And please, cut the excuses about "oh maybe he's just really good!!!" no, it doesn't matter. The champion has a 42% winrate in Plat+ and a 44% winrate in Diamond+. It's just garbage pure and simple. It's not even the only case. Ther are many times Riot does this and then I have to dodge a champ. select. Just ADMIT you gutted the champion and disable him from ranked. Stop wasting my time and stop trying to fool other players into thinking there's a viable option. There are always a handful of champions like this every patch. Just total gutter trash unviable picks. It's rare, yes but it does happen. THIS IS NOT ABOUT BEING NON-META. You can play Teemo mid and I would say nothing. Some champs are just totally unviable though and they need to inform players of this. At least give them a warning "this champion is a work in progress and not yet up to par" etc. The more champions Riot creates, the worse this issue becomes and it's pretty annoying.
