There seems to be a trend in the champs that I ban

My top 3: My Next 3: Common Bans that I have had in the past:

Riot, I'm not saying that all manaless champs are OP. because they are not. But those that tend to have overloaded and very simple kits that are the same time capable of amazing moves which many other champs are not, then that's when I find I must ban them. ESPECIALLY in solo q.

A while back, there was a post about the strength of Riven and other resource-less champs, and how it was never a bad thing to use a skill, particularly when most of them are a great source of damage, sustain, utility or some combination of them. When you talk about champions being gated by certain things, such as long CD's or mana. But these champs are never gated by mana, while mana users are gated by mana AND CDs. When most of them, outside of ults (some ults even break this rule) have low CDs that allow for mindless spam. For all energy users except shen and kennen, energy is not even close to being a gate if you having any sort of skill with the champ. For resource-less champs, there is no reason to ever not use a skill on an enemy or for mobility.

This season's mana regen nerfs have hurt so many mana users that require regen in their builds to function. And yet no nerfs have touched how manaless function in return. Blue buff was nerfed, grail was really nerfed, increasing regen at early levels is almost pointless and impossible.
