He was too good at all stages of the game which shouldn't happen this is just to make him weaker mid game for his awesome late game which he should be played for.

Viktor is getting nerfed before Ahri.

You know, the same Ahri with both a higher pick /and/ win-rate than Vik.

I wouldn't even call him broken (broken implies theres something inherently wrong with his kit; which there really isn't; his kit as a whole is balanced)

He's just too strong at certain points of the game (notably early on, when he's intended to be a mid to lategame mage)

Because he is a huge aoe nuke and single target nuke aoe burst mage. If he had a reliable insta stun instead of what he has now he would be 100x worse than annie.

honestly hes among the most played mid champ currently. i have a friend who got gold to diamond just by maining him. he was telling me himself that he doesnt have true weaknesses and that he is more mobile than ppl think.
