Wonderful, delicious, tasty lore... oh how I've missed you. Nothing makes you want to play certain champions like lore. Riot, keep up the amazing work.
But in all seriousness, THIS IS SO FREAKING GOOD. The music, the story, the skins and art, EVERYTHING. So good. So damn good.

Wow... Gangplank is insane O_o
I love how the characters came to life. T.F. felt like a smooth guy with a sharp mouth. "Sounds like I kept you alive. You should thank me." Graves was tough as a motherfucker. Building on fire? Fucks not given. Hit with cards? Fucks not given. Pirates swarming? Fucks still not given. Long as I get to shoot T.F. it's K. I also enjoyed the P.O.V. from both characters. And lets not forget Gangplank. I didn't take him seriously before his rework. He looked more like a buccaneer then a pirate captain. Now the dude is meticulously torturing bitches in his room and making sure his crew can always hear it. That's the best way to instill fear into a crew that I have ever heard. Constant reminded of what happens if you go against him.
The only thing that makes me sad is that, according to the skin listings at the end, I'll have to wait til Act 3 to see my girl M.F. It's gonna be hell waiting to see my bae.
I'm not going to lie, so far it is good, but it still remains to be seem as to whether Riot is going to live up to their promise of starting to be more frequent and fluid with their lore, or whether this is it for the year, see ya on the Rakkor Event next year.

this just proves that riot could make novels about the lore and people will read it, I read act one and love how they are basically connecting Graves and TF to GP.
The best part of this lore, is that it DOESN'T Retcon TF's and Graves' lore with each other, in fact this builds on their previous lore and expands it.
I'm very happy with all of this. It was a really great read, and an actual story as well! YAY!
Also a note, Mother Serpent/Bearded Lady: the first God we've ever had named in League as far as I remember.

Will we see longer introduction lores for both TF and Graves in the near future?
I'm glad to see this shit. This is some good shit, shit I like.
I really hope you dig deeper on Graves though, right now he still feels "I exist to kill Twisted Fate" instead of his own character, though now he's definitely got more grit.
I have one teeny tiny complaint, and this is mostly cause I started reading it when I was in a bad mood already. The short one or two line formatting combo'd with the punctuating descriptions of extraneous details made it difficult to read with any flow at first. When I came back in a better mood, it was a lot easier to ignore and all but disappeared in the Graves and GP sections.
It's very likely all in my head and mostly personal preference (I get annoyed with GRRM's long winded food descriptions too). Otherwise I really enjoyed the tale so far and the character interactions especially with GP's section.
