Seriously she just saves her E for the trade and she is good unless you happen to be a poke mage (so Ziggs, lux or Xerath). Other than that you are probably running out of mana before she does
Pretty broad questions. Simplified answer is, do more damage to her then she does to you during a trade by using your skills and positioning better.
Go in and edit a few champion to your post if you want tailored comments on using them Vs her in lane. Mains of them can speak up and express their experiances, or you can find out what she blatently wreckes in lane as well.
beating zoe in lane isnt about trading with her. it's about her not trading with you.
CertainlyT made her so there is no way to trade with her if she has any skill.
