It should automatically count as a loss for their records (I believe it will say "Leaver"). But it will still show up as a victory for the team.
He lost LP and MMR.
If their name was X'd out in post game, it definitely gave them -3 LP etc for leave.

He will get a loss while you guys get a win. It's one of the reasons I will never come back to a match if I get disconnected too long. No point is coming back to try and win a match if I'm still gonna get a loss anyway.
