Anyone else think Transcendence could use a small buff?

Looking at stats on op.gg, it just doesn't seem like it's getting much use. I'm aware they are nerfing Celerity, but I'm not sure that will be enough. Thoughts?

I think they should make come a little sooner. It shouldn't be too busted or quick, but should be slightly sooner than what it is.

That's what I think. A lot of people are talking about how CDR is really common, and that's true, but that doesn't mean that it's as strong as it should be. I think it's a bit slow atm.

welllllll... it depends on what champs you're playing. some champions are balanced around a 1 second cooldown ability that's made to be their main damage item (yasuo and karthus Q) and then there are some champion that if they had more options for 5 minute max cdr they'd be broken. see gangplank for example.

It should activate at level 1. Runes that don't do anything in the laning phase have a hard time seeing use.

At least give 1% CDR per level, maxing at 10% CDR. Also, the adaptive bonus could be a bit higher (or at least the AP part).

It's still a good option for a build that is light on CDR, but CDR is so easy to come by these days that it's not particularly difficult to adjust a build for that extra 10%. It might not be popular, but in my opinion it has a solid niche use.

I think it could get a change maybe, but it's pretty good. Just disappointed that Celerity will be nerfed, since it will force me to go transcendence now.

even if it got buffs, CDR isn't really that hard to come by being that pretty much every item has it now. it would still probably pale in comparison to free pseudo mobility.

i think if anything buffing it too much would make it must pick because of how easy cdr is too come by. Remeber it changes any cdr over 40 to ad/ap adaptive

*hues every .5 seconds, down from 3*

transcendence is for champs who need 40% cdr and it allows them to skip a third cdr item in favor of damage

i like it in its current state Vladimir

The issue with Transcendence is that its really good but ONLY late game and games rarely go past 25m.

If they would change it to 1% cdr per lvl, capping at 10, it would help a bit to get something from it earlier in the game. Though i still take it on nearly every champ in nearly every game. Getting 40% iis very valuable, and it frees up you're builtpath as you don't have to care about overcapping cdr later on while getting some good cdr rather early without specifically rushing high cdr items.

Overall, i think it's more a undervalued rune than really underpowered, though the fact that it does nothing till lvl 10 certainly hurts it.

Celerity shouldn't be nerfed. It's just a generic rune in a world where the rest suck.

I don't super disagree. Either way, it's a better choice than Transcendence.

Transcendence just does nothing for most champions, so Celerity is the genetic choice left with Absolute Focus sucking.
