im puking out ideas for Potential garen changes
Q: make the damage component of it stronger or make the actual animation of it faster (hate missing cs)
e: while spinning if you buffer q garen uses the momentum of his spins to do a stronger leaping strike (Q) at the end of his spins

or
make his actual spins slower but do much more damage making it more threatening instead of being a slightly stronger sunfire cape and increase the armor shred if he is able to hit you with 4 of his slow spins
also this gives you guys a reason to actually animate his spinning instead of it looking weird af

w in my opinion could do the most work or straight up have the most potential
w: Garen's Armor glows bright and he takes reduced damage, if he takes a a certain threshold of damage he can then reactivate w and use "Demacian stand"
w second activation "demacian stand": Garen releases the pent up damage his magic armor has sustained and releases it in a small aoe around him that silences/slows/damages (not sure which one) enemies
